Field Trip to The New England Folk Festival

The Challenge and Enrichment Program is sponsoring a trip to The New England Folk Festival in Mansfield, MA on Saturday, April 22nd!
It is a day full of music, dancing, crafts, stories and yummy food from all around the world.

FPS students completed their booklet on 3D Printing last Monday. The evaluation of this booklet will determine their participation in our states competition or not. Hope they did well! :)

Our FPS Students are working hard getting ready for our Qualifying Booklet for States coming up very soon! Our topic is 3D Printing 20 years in the FUTURE! :) They are doing great. Stay tuned to see if any of our teams end up qualifying.

3D Printing Seminar

Our FPS Students learned so much from our 3D Printing Seminar last Wednesday presented by students and faculty of UCONN! Thanks to Mr. Spivey for organizing the event and Mrs. Shor for coordinating the presenters! We learned about printing musical instruments, interstellar 3D printing, 3D printing cells and organs, and what the future looks like for the world of 3D Printing.
