Our Coventry FPS Students did a great job at states this weekend! We are so proud of all their hard work and dedication to their teams.  Please see our FPS page for all of our winners and the students that qualified for an invitation to our International Competition in June!

Our Community Problem Solving Team tackles the subject of STUDENT STRESS.  See some of the pictures from their first club lunch meeting where they will try to find new ways of dealing with stress through their S.O.S. (Stressed Out Students) Club.

Some of our 7th & 8th grade FPS students attended the group presentation portion of our high school's AP Seminar class.  Their presentation was about the benefits of 3D vs. 2D mammograms through three different lenses.

We are so proud and excited to announce that ALL of our FPS Teams will be participating at our state competition at the end of March!  Nine of our teams will be competing for a chance at attending the International Competition! 
Now on to really preparing for the topic of CLOUD STORAGE!

Field Trip to the Apple Store!!  :)
We were lucky to have Apple Trainers give us a workshop on Final Cut Pro, which is the editing software we use to make videos for the morning show and other things at school.  It was a great day and we learned so much!  

CNH had several students attend the FPS International Competition in LaCrosse, WI last week!  Mr. Spivey and Ms. Boates were incredibly proud of everyone's efforts and it is very rare that any school can say that every single person who participated in the competition got to walk across the awards stage!  Here are our results:

Our Community Problem Solvers Team have worked on the serious issue of declining honey-bee populations and the far reaching implications of this problem.  They placed 1st in the middle division at our Future Problem Solvers State competition and will travel to our International Competition in June.  
They have built a bee-box and met with several local experts in gardening and bees.  The bees have arrived and the team is busy with their preparations! 

The CNH Drama Club presented The Masked Musketeer on May 5th & 6th and had a great time!  Many thanks to the team of students and adults that worked together to make this production possible.  Please click below to see many more pictures of our performances!

Coventry did very well at our FPS State Competition on March 31st and April 1st, including the invitation for 10 of our students to participate in our International Competition that will take place at The University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse from June 7-11, 2017!
